You must be in Hervey Bay (by 5pm) or Rainbow Beach (by 4pm) the day prior to the start
of your
safari for a pre tour
briefing, then you will be:
- Put into groups of 8-11 people.
- Advised of the do’s and don’ts on the tour and the troop carriers.
- Provided with all camping equipment/permits/ferry crossing etc.
- Told where and when to collect your vehicle-troop carrier.
- Run through the points of interest and attractions.
- Told who is eligible to drive (must be over 21 with drivers license).
- Advised where best to purchase your food for the trip.
Food, Fuel & Insurance for Fraser Island (approx $80) payable on
arrival to Hervey Bay or Rainbow Beach

All chefs meals/food onboard plus all snorkelling equipment provided. You will need to check in with the sailing company the day prior to sailing for your boarding details.

3 Day 3 Night on Solway Lass (32 pax) Departs: Saturday & Tuesday at 7.30pm
3 Days 2 Nights on Ileola (12 pax) Departs: Wednesday & Sunday at 9.30am
3 Days 2 Nights on Providence (15 pax) Departs: Monday & Thursday at 9.30am
Environmental Management Charge of $30 & possible Seasonal Stinger Suit hire of $15 payable on arrival to Airlie Beach.
